Most of these Presidential appointees are not subject to Congressional oversight. Many of them have not been confirmed by the Senate, and a few as we have recently learned have not even been vetted by as much as a simple goggle search.

Official title: Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan

Official title: Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Stability
- In control of a $700 billion dollar budget
- Has the power to distribute all the federal bailout money
- Was an engineer at TRW
- Worked for Goldman Sachs
- Was Bailout Czar under the Bush administration
- Has refused investigators request for documents detailing how bailed out banks have been spending government money

Official title: DHS Assistant Secretary for International Affairs and Special Representative for Boarder Affairs
- Not confirmed by the Senate
- Attended Harvard, Oxford and Yale
- Worked briefly at the L.A. Police Commission
- Taught at the USD School of Law
- Was US attorney for San Diego
- Became Boarder Czar under Janet Reno
- Was superintendent of San Diego Public Schools
- Was secretary of education for California in 2005
- Was chairman of the San Diego Regional Airport Authority until 2009
- Has a reputation for being a bull – headed bureaucrat who is confrontational
- In 2008 he donated $40,000, the maximum possible, to both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, as well as $28,500 to the DNC

Car Czar - Ron Bloom
Official title: Head of the Auto Task Force
- Has no auto industry experience
- Former investment banker
- Worked with the United Steel Workers Union
- Urged the Senate to vote against the House bill that would stop the planned closures of dealerships
- Has proclaimed he is a believer in "Dentist Chair Bargaining" Management
( Dentist Chair Bargaining goes like this... A man walks into his dentist's office, grabs the dentist by the balls, and says, "Now, let's not hurt each other.")

Official title : Special Envoy for Climate Change
(This Czar has the ability to change the way we live our lives on a daily basis. He has the power to alter the type of cars we drive, the light bulbs we use, price we pay at the pump and the cost of our electricity bill each month.)
